Meta Data Deletion (Facebook / Instagram)

In accordance with GDPR and Meta policies, you can request deletion of Meta data stored in Lexio at any time, including:

• OAuth access tokens (Meta account and Facebook Page);
• Facebook Page ID and name;
• connected Meta account ID (fbUserId);
• linked Instagram account ID and username (igUserId, @username), when applicable.

Lexio does not store your Meta password. Disconnecting Facebook in Lexio also removes associated Instagram data stored in Lexio (same OAuth integration).

To delete your data:

1. Sign in to your Lexio account.
2. Open Connections → Facebook.
3. Click Disconnect.

You can also revoke Lexio from Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites. Meta may then call our deletion callback: https://app.agence-seo-connect.tech/api/meta/data-deletion.

Or send a request to support@agence-seo-connect.tech. Processing time: up to 30 days. Posts already published to your Facebook Page or Instagram account remain on Meta and are not affected (only data stored in Lexio is deleted).
